Zodiacs

Viola

Here is a wonderful new mermaid pattern in from Australia! This mermaid is 13" long and about 8" high.
The pattern calls for "eyelash" fabric which is the fabric with the long yarn threads sticking out of it...I have always wondered what cool things could be made with that fabric!
Her top is made from metallic net strips and then ...and this is the fun part....the tiny shells, sequins and beads are glued..one at a time...in place! So you get to do a bit of collage work too.
